03 Account Management and Security

For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, and after placing ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000 in wagers, winnings from the bonus may be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period — any unused bonus expires at the end of that period.

• A member may have only one active bonus at a time.
• Wagering requirements do not apply to bets placed before a bonus was received.

5.3 VIP Program

ef777's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback benefits are as follows:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

06 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Gaming Rules

Each game on ef777 has its own rules. It is your responsibility to read those rules before starting a game. Game outcomes are determined by the relevant game provider's system, and ef777 cannot alter those outcomes.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a game or bet is left incomplete due to a technical error, ef777 reserves the right to void that bet and refund the staked amount. Bets placed on the basis of incorrect odds or incorrect winnings displayed due to a technical error will not be considered valid.

8.3 Indemnification

ef777 may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:
